One of my favorite songwriter heroes Ryan Adams is quitting music. According to his blog (it isn’t worth mentioning the URL, because the post is already gone) he is through with making music. He said he has lost more then we’ll ever know: hearing, someone he loved, sense of dignity, never ending losing battle with stage fright. He has recorded so many songs which are unreleased, he claims. If he wants to, he could release an album each year. He is completely devoted to writing books right now. Take care dude, I will keep listening to your songs.  Once he will be back in another music situation, he states.
